No Products in the Cart
We're working to find out why this issue is happening as more cases roll in. In a nutshell, our shipping system is receiving your request for an estimate, but that estimate is getting lost somewhere along the way to the cart once it's been calculated; however, this error does not interfere with the shipping estimates you get when checking out. It doesn't happen often, but our goal is to ensure it doesn't happen at all. Thank you for your patience!
Because we moved to a new system, the old code on the old card will not work; however, your previous gift card balance is still safe in our system and we will work with you to transfer your old code onto a new card when you call.
