Shipping Information

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Karmic Konnection is not offering international shipping at this time, but we may in the future. Thank you for your interest!
WHY CAN'T I ESTIMATE THE SHIPPING COST FROM MY CART SOMETIMES?
We're aware of this issue and working to fix it. If this happens to you, you can proceed to checkout and enter your shipping information, and you will be shown a list of shipping options. Your payment method will not be charged until you click Checkout. If this happens, we're sorry for the inconvenience this may cause.

We're working to find out why this issue is happening as more cases roll in. In a nutshell, our shipping system is receiving your request for an estimate, but that estimate is getting lost somewhere along the way to the cart once it's been calculated; however, this error does not interfere with the shipping estimates you get when checking out. It doesn't happen often, but our goal is to ensure it doesn't happen at all. Thank you for your patience!

HOW CAN I GET MY ORDER?
We offer both shipping and local pickup.

 

Local Pickup:
  • For Curbside Pickup, park in front of our store and call or text 719-542-9887 during business hours to let us know the name on your pickup order. We'll be out shortly with your order.
  • Want to come in and shop? Just come into the store and let us know you have a pickup. We'll be happy to assist you!

 

Shipping:
We currently offer UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air as well as USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail to qualifying orders.

Shopping Information

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No account needed! However, if you do register, you'll be able to add items to your wish list and accumulate Karma Points to your account from both in-store and online purchases.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
Items in new, unopened condition may be exchanged within 30 days of original purchase with receipt. Items that are opened, unsealed, and/or not in their original packaging are not eligible for exchange.

Customers who receive a defective item may request a refund.

Items not eligible for returns include:

  • Oils
  • Soaps
  • Salves
  • Items that are opened, unsealed, and/or not in their original packaging

Books may be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with receipt.

If your item was shipped to you, shipping charges cannot be refunded.

WHY ISN'T MY GIFT CARD CODE WORKING?
If your gift card was purchased before 11/14/20 or if your card does not have the purple mandala design on the front of the card, then call us at 719-542-9887 and we'll be happy to assist you with this issue.

Because we moved to a new system, the old code on the old card will not work; however, your previous gift card balance is still safe in our system and we will work with you to transfer your old code onto an updated card when you call.

WHY CAN'T I FIND AN ITEM ON YOUR SITE THAT YOU HAVE IN THE STORE?
Most likely that item hasn't been added to the website yet. We're adding new items to the site all the time, but if you know what item you're looking for and can't find it on our website, please give us a call and we will be happy to let you know if we carry the product in the store.
